We needed to replace a deck and decided to enlarge it and add a screened porch. We got estimates from three companies. Painting Plus was not the least expensive, but the specs they showed us were absolutely wonderful. We had used them before for painting and siding work and were very pleased with their work. We went with them and have been very happy with everything. The workmanship is top notch. The communication has been stellar and we have been kept up to date every step of the way. We are so happy and excited about our new deck completed by Rob Sankey and Painting Plus. We have been dreaming of having such a large beautiful outdoor living space. And they fulfilled every wish. We had a wonderfully talented crew of 3 guys who completed the work in 3 quick days. Their attention to detail is amazing. And their price couldn't be beat! Rob and Painting Plus have done numerous outstanding jobs at our home and we highly recommend them for any of your needs including windows, gutters, painting, deck construction, gutter cleaning and pressure washing. Rrebuilt my ratchet busted front porch and completely rebuilt my elevated back patio. Knocked it out in 2 days and they even built it smart so we had more space, and with composite flooring that will last forever. Cant say enough positive things about the experience. Brad was so easy to work with and worked hard to make sure my project was amazing from dealing with the HOA to helping to make sure the paint matched. He was honest when there was some bad plywood and it was rotted underneath and instead of just covering it offered solutions to repair and help my home get to perfect condition! We worked with Brad at Painting Plus to repair and stain our deck. We were clear about what we wanted to have done and Brad was willing to work with us on that. When the weather finally opened up an opportunity to work on the deck, the team that came did a great job and were both efficient and polite. Painting Plus greatly exceeded my expectations for rebuilding our deck. First, they gave us a bid which was considerably lower than 2 previous bids, which were unreasonably expensive. One of those bids said our deck was "unsafe" and wanted to tear the whole thing down. Painting Plus stated however , that our deck could be resurfaced with Trex at a much reduced cost. When the deck boards were removed, we realized that the underlying  joists needed to be replaced. So for a reasonable additional cost, they were. The joists were installed to proper code and at 12" intervals. The decking was installed with a fit and finish that was "cabinet quality" and greatly exceeded my expectations. The workman were true artisans. Our deck is now very solidly restored and beautiful. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to resurface or rebuild their deck.

This is now the second time we have used Danny with Painting Plus to help navigate us through a home project.   His crew was fantastic.  They took their time to make sure no messes were made and cared for all of our belongings to keep them clean.  They painted all of our ceilings, hallway, living room and kitchen. We hired painting plus to do our siding work solely based on James and his approach to us. We had interviewed 4 other companies rep  prior to meeting with James. James was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and more importantly he listened to us and what we needed. During the whole process he was within a reach in five minutes , very responsive to our text and calls. Also a shout out to Jackson and his entire installation team. They were great, professional and on time every single day and accommodating the little changes along the way. The guys who actually did the work were very conscious and meticulous in their work. The work was done on time and completed in a timely manner. The price of the job was fair and did not go up as the project went on except for a couple of things I added. I found this company through advertising on Radio. What caught my attention was they said they can do just about anything with housing on the exterior. I had trouble with one window leaking and could not get it corrected very easily on my own. When I made my call to the company, Chad returned the call and started working with me. I must say that I enjoyed working with Chad. He was very accommodating and did everything he could get me squared away. During the process one of his lead craftsman Jose, He was very capable, easy to work with and seem to have corrected my problems. I’m still waiting to see when my heavy rain hits that area how the leak Correction is doing, so far so good. Kent Pochmara visited our home recently to give us a quote to install tongue and grove over our existing interior rustic ceiling. We have dealt with Kent before as his company built a screen porch as well as install siding on our house a few years previously. As usual Kent was courteous and professional and help us talk through some possible design details to get more light into our living room.
