I have known Charlie and Kent for almost 20 years now, excellent people and both the best at what they do! When my parents needed help for their East Cobb home they were my first phone call. They handled all of the repairs and painting and we could not be happier with everything from start to finish!

Had a large limb go through my roof and Painting Plus came out. They fixed the hole in my roof, replaced the soffit and replaced the damaged gutters. Like it never even happened. They did an excellent job. I had the same company come out a few years ago to replace my old wooden siding with hardy plank siding and again they did an excellent job. Painting Plus also removed an old rickety deck with a new solid deck that’s twice the size of my old deck and I love it. I know I can’t go wrong with Painting Plus for all my exterior jobs. They’re just the best!

We contracted with Painting Plus to totally redo the outside of our home. Services they performed were to totally remove the old cedar siding, soffits, gutters, and garage doors. They then wrapped the house, installed Hardi board siding and soffits, built a new front porch, and new garage doors. They finished with painting the house and staining the wood porches (both front and back) and installing new gutters. It was a project that took two weeks to complete
Throughout the project, I was most impressed with the workers and the quality of the work performed. The first day the workers stripped off the old cedar and totally wrapped the house (overlapping the wrap and closing the corners). The next two days saw all the Hardi board installed as well as all soffits. The crew proceeded to jack up the front porch roof and build a new porch, steps, and railings. Week two saw the painters arrive and totally paint the walls, soffits, and trimming. They also stained all decking. The new garage doors were installed and the gutters were hung. Quite a busy two weeks.
The process went smoothly. If there were questions, they were promptly answered. If as an owner I wanted something changed, they insured I was satisfied. I would recommend Painting Plus for your project

Hired Painting Plus to paint all our exterior trim, replace our shutters, and remove a damaged porch bannister. They were so great to work with. They actually made a couple of small repairs at no charge, and the finished work was excellent. Would highly recommend these guys!

We needed to replace a deck and decided to enlarge it and add a screened porch. We got estimates from three companies. Painting Plus was not the least expensive, but the specs they showed us were absolutely wonderful. We had used them before for painting and siding work and were very pleased with their work. We went with them and have been very happy with everything. The workmanship is top notch. The communication has been stellar and we have been kept up to date every step of the way. They're almost finished, and we are looking forward to being able to use the beautiful space they have created. I'm can't recommend them any higher!

We are so happy and excited about our new deck completed by Rob Sankey and Painting Plus. We have been dreaming of having such a large beautiful outdoor living space. And they fulfilled every wish. We had a wonderfully talented crew of 3 guys who completed the work in 3 quick days. Their attention to detail is amazing. And their price couldn't be beat! Rob and Painting Plus have done numerous outstanding jobs at our home and we highly recommend them for any of your needs including windows, gutters, painting, deck construction, gutter cleaning and pressure washing. They are the best one stop shop place for all your home needs!

Rrebuilt my ratchet busted front porch and completely rebuilt my elevated back patio. Knocked it out in 2 days and they even built it smart so we had more space, and with composite flooring that will last forever. Cant say enough positive things about the experience. They set real timelines that they follow, and they cleaned up after themselves so we wouldnt even know they were here. The results were far better than ezpected..

Brad was so easy to work with and worked hard to make sure my project was amazing from dealing with the HOA to helping to make sure the paint matched. He was honest when there was some bad plywood and it was rotted underneath and instead of just covering it offered solutions to repair and help my home get to perfect condition! Highly recommend for siding.

How can I begin to express my gratitude for a job well done? Charlie and his crew took pride in their work, cared about us, and the result was evident. He gave us valuable advice on how to get our home ready for sale. Charlie is a no-nonsense guy; he is honest and direct. Painting Plus replaced our roof and siding, painted, and did countless other repairs. Call Charlie and his team for an amazing outcome!

We worked with Brad at Painting Plus to repair and stain our deck. We were clear about what we wanted to have done and Brad was willing to work with us on that. When the weather finally opened up an opportunity to work on the deck, the team that came did a great job and were both efficient and polite. It's been a few weeks since we had the work done and we are satisfied with how it turned out.

Painting Plus greatly exceeded my expectations for rebuilding our deck. First, they gave us a bid which was considerably lower than 2 previous bids, which were unreasonably expensive. One of those bids said our deck was "unsafe" and wanted to tear the whole thing down. Painting Plus stated however , that our deck could be resurfaced with Trex at a much reduced cost. When the deck boards were removed, we realized that the underlying joists needed to be replaced. So for a reasonable additional cost, they were. The joists were installed to proper code and at 12" intervals. The decking was installed with a fit and finish that was "cabinet quality" and greatly exceeded my expectations. The workman were true artisans. Our deck is now very solidly restored and beautiful. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to resurface or rebuild their deck.

This is now the second time we have used Danny with Painting Plus to help navigate us through a home project. His crew was fantastic. They took their time to make sure no messes were made and cared for all of our belongings to keep them clean. They painted all of our ceilings, hallway, living room and kitchen. Painting plus and Danny will always be the first call I make for any of my home projects!

We hired painting plus to do our siding work solely based on James and his approach to us. We had interviewed 4 other companies rep prior to meeting with James.
James was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and more importantly he listened to us and what we needed.
During the whole process he was within a reach in five minutes , very responsive to our text and calls.
Also a shout out to Jackson and his entire installation team. They were great, professional and on time every single day and accommodating the little changes along the way.
I definitely recommend painting plus to my friends and neighbors and I do hope this email is shared not only with the management but by their team as well.
