Painting Plus did such an impressive job on windows, siding and painting at my sister and brother-in-law's house that we called upon them to give us an estimate on rebuilding our decks. We reached out to three separate companies for estimates. One came in way above our budget. One ghosted us. Robert with Painting Plus came out, took lots of accurate measurements and really listened to what we envisioned for this project and offered his professional expertise. He came back with a 3D rendering and the most impressive, in-depth estimate. No screw or piece of wood was unaccounted for. Robert was on-point with communication the entire project. Robert handled all of the necessary permitting and got everything lined up for us in a timely manner. The crew worked quickly while being respectful of our home and paying close attention to detail. At one point, when demo'ing our very old existing deck, they discoverered extensive damage to the siding wood that a previous company that did siding on our home missed. Robert was able to expedite getting the new boards and the crew was able to quickly remove the rotted wood and replace it with brand new boards to ensure that our new deck would be completely safe. The painting crew that came out to stain the decks did an amazing job as well. We are so in love with our new decks and everyone who sees them is so impressed. We had an excellent experience with Painting Plus! We basically redid the entire exterior of the house and they handled everything - roof, siding, painting, wood rot repair, and replacing our old front stoop with a nice covered porch. James was our project manager, and he was super communicative from the moment he came out to give us an estimate. He kept in close contact throughout the project to make sure things stayed on track and promptly let us of any issues that arose (namely, wood rot). Pancho (roofing), Jackson (siding), John (painting), Federico (porch), and their respective crews did a phenomenal job with all of the work. Our home looks brand new! Fantastic team here. Called to see about getting some help with a leaky roof and they were kind enough to not take advantage of me, recommended that I could fix the issue on my own. Saved me a couple grand at least. I’m a little blown away by their willingness to help and not just fleece me. It was a long day on the roof but their instructions and recommendations were clutch. Extremely prompt! I’m a Realtor and needed a deck quote fast for a property we had under contract. Charlie sent one of his guys out and he was at the property within the hour.
