The word "Lifetime" refers to the length of coverage provided by the GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty, GAF Roofing System Limited Warranty, System Plus Limited Warranty, Silver Pledge™ Limited Warranty, or Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty, as applicable, and means for as long as you [or the transferee(s)] own the property where the shingles and accessories are installed. For non-owner-occupied residences, Lifetime coverage is not applicable. Lifetime coverage on accessories is only available under the GAF Roofing System Limited Warranty and the System Plus Limited Warranty. Lifetime is not applicable on commercial projects, and for buildings with roof slopes 2:12 or less or on structures used for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, Lifetime complete coverage and limitations. For installations not eligible for the GAF Roofing System Limited Warranty and the GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty, but guaranteed for ten qualifying GAF products.
